In a note, Israel Hum newspaper claimed that Muhammad al-Sanwar, who is currently in charge of fighting in the Gaza Strip, is the main link in the prisoner exchange negotiations.
Meanwhile, Hamas and Sanwar insist that they will not be willing to give free information to the enemy until it is clear what mechanism will be agreed upon for the exchange of prisoners.
