The “SAFIR” television network has an independent legal personality, an article of association , a special seal, and symbol as an Islamic media outlet that has been politically impartial since its inception in 2012. It operates with the acquisition of broadcasting licenses from relevant authorities, in accordance with the laws governing free media in the country. (Our television broadcasts are currently only available in Balkh province.)
