Mottaqi meets with representatives of countries participating in the traditional wrestling festival

Maulvi Amir Khan, Mottaki, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Kabul met with representatives of countries participating in the International Festival of Traditional Wrestling

In this meeting, he emphasized Afghanistan’s cultural relations and historical ties with regional countries and said that through diplomacy and sports, efforts are being made to further expand Afghanistan’s relations with the world.

The Foreign Minister also added that efforts are underway to facilitate the visa issuance process for athletes and other sectors, and that significant progress has been made in the sector of traditional sports and games after the Islamic Emirate returned to power.

Sports representatives from participating countries also appreciated Afghanistan’s hosting and management and emphasized the continuation of joint cooperation.
