The Ministry of Transport and Aviation has announced that direct flights from Khawaja Abdullah Ansari International Airport in Herat to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have begun for the first time.
According to the ministry, 53 passengers were transported from Herat to Dubai on the first flight. From now on, there will be one flight between the two cities every week.
The start of these flights will provide greater convenience for travelers and businessmen between Herat and Dubai.
