US Special Representative Steve Witkoff arrived in St. Petersburg, Russia, on Wednesday to discuss ways to end the war in Ukraine with President Vladimir Putin.
The trip comes a day after Witkoff met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Oslo; US Secretary of State Marco Rubio described the meeting as positive and said Witkoff would share the results of the talks with the Russian side.
