Brazilian President Lula da Silva took a clear stance, challenging the performance of the permanent members of the Security Council for their inability to stop the war against Iran.
He said the five permanent members of the Security Council must change their behavior after failing to prevent the continuation of the war against Iran.
“You can’t wake up every morning and go to sleep every night while a president threatens the world with a tweet and declares war,” da Silva added.
The Brazilian President emphasized that Brazil does not want war with the United States, does not want war with China, does not want war with Russia, does not want war with Uruguay… I want peace, I want my country to develop, I want my people to live well.
