Some Arab sources reported hearing a loud explosion in the Jubail region of Saudi Arabia, claiming that a gas facility in the industrial city of the region was targeted and a fire broke out.
At the same time, the Saudi Ministry of Energy confirmed a fire at one of the facilities related to the Aramco refinery in Jazan and said that there were no casualties in the incident.
The Saudi Ministry of Energy has not provided details about the cause of the fire, while some regional sources had previously reported a possible attack on Aramco facilities in Jazan.
