In response to the protests in France, US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz accused leftist movements, communists and pro-Palestinian groups of trying to spread disorder in European countries.
In an interview with Fox News, Waltz said that these movements are using the protests to advance their political agenda, adding that France is the first country that he said is “falling.”
According to the published report, the protests in France initially began with students protesting the educational situation and then expanded to wider rallies protesting economic conditions. However, Waltz attributed these protests to specific political currents.
