UN strongly condemns Israeli airstrikes on Gaza

The United Nations spokesperson strongly condemned the Israeli regime’s airstrikes on Gaza, which have resulted in the martyrdom of civilians, including children.

At a press conference on Wednesday, October 29 (2025), the UN Secretary-General’s spokesman, Stephane Dujarric, referred to the developments in Gaza and stated: “The UN Secretary-General strongly condemns the killing of civilians in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza yesterday, including many children.”

“The UN Secretary-General condemns all actions that undermine the ceasefire and endanger the lives of civilians in Gaza,” Do Jarik said.

He stressed the need for full respect for the ceasefire and said that the UN and its partners were increasing their presence in Gaza to provide vital humanitarian assistance.

According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), Israeli airstrikes in various areas of Gaza over the past day and night have left more than 100 dead and 250 injured.
