Ishaq Dar:Afghanistan’s stability is essential for regional peace
Pakistani Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar said that ensuring stability in Afghanistan is essential to maintaining peace and stability in the region.
Dar has emphasized that Pakistan wants a peaceful, stable, and prosperous Afghanistan that is at peace with itself and all neighboring countries and expands its regional ties.
He claimed that Pakistan had worked to support the development of Afghanistan and the welfare of its people and expected only one thing from the current Afghan government that Afghan territory would not be used for what he called “terrorist activities against Pakistan or any other country.
Dar made these remarks today, Tuesday, at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
