Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces: The enemy did not achieve its war goals and Iran was victorious
Amir Hatami, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, has said that the “enemy” tried to destroy Iran’s drone and missile capabilities in the war, but Iran’s missile reserves were used with “full force against the other side until the last moment.”
Al Jazeera reported, citing Fars News Agency, that Hatami added that in military logic, in an offensive war, the side that achieves its goals is considered victorious; but in a defensive war, the attacker’s failure to achieve his goals means the defender’s victory.
