Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, has said that nuclear negotiations have stalled and the situation regarding Iran is at an impasse.
Grossi added that until fundamental issues, including the Strait of Hormuz and other issues, are clarified, the nuclear issue is not a priority, and there is currently no clear channel to advance this discussion.
He said that the organization is in contact with the United States and Iran, but these talks are limited to the positions of the parties, and from Iran’s perspective, there will be no progress in the nuclear sector until there is progress in the overall negotiations.
