A delegation representing the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) headed by Khalil al-Hayeh, the leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Ankara.
In this meeting, the two sides discussed the latest political and field developments in occupied Palestine following the violation of the cease-fire agreements by the Zionist occupation regime, the resumption of aggression and genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip by Israel, and the destruction of Turkey’s “Al-Sadaqah” (Dosti) hospital, the only specialist cancer treatment hospital in Gaza by the Zionist occupation army.
Also, the two sides discussed the developments in the ongoing negotiations within the framework of the proposals of the mediators and the proposal of “Steven Witkoff”, Trump’s special representative for West Asian affairs, as well as the stubbornness of Netanyahu, who violated the ceasefire agreement and refused to respond to the efforts of the mediators to return to the agreement and start the second phase of negotiations, in addition to continuing the policy of starving and preventing the entry of food and medicine to the Palestinians in Gaza.
