Macron and bin Salman called for holding presidential elections in Lebanon

The Elysee Palace said in a statement after the meeting between Macron and Bin Salman that the parties called for the holding of presidential elections with the aim of converging the Lebanese people.

The French presidential palace added that Macron and bin Salman also called for necessary reforms in Lebanon in order to establish stability and security in the country.

Macron began his three-day trip to Saudi Arabia on Monday; The last time a French president visited Saudi Arabia was Jacques Chirac, who went to this country in 2006
