The British government announced that its forces targeted an oil tanker linked to the so-called Russian “shadow fleet” near the English Channel this morning, Sunday, June 14 .
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer confirmed the operation and said that he personally ordered the attack, adding that the tanker was attempting to cross the English Channel.
Starmer claimed that the operation would deal another blow to Russia and send a clear message to those who support the war in Ukraine.
