Poland’s Defense Ministry has announced that the country is ready to host US forces that are likely to withdraw from Germany.
A spokesman for the ministry told RIA Novosti that Warsaw is even ready to cover part of the costs of deploying these forces.
According to him, this action is taken in order to strengthen regional security and expand strategic cooperation between Poland and the United States.
These statements come as reports have been published about the possible relocation of American forces in Europe.
