Report on widespread Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure

French analyst Coleman Molin said that Russia fired more than 2,000 drones and 100 missiles at Ukrainian energy infrastructure in the first three days of November.

According to him, since late September 2026, 36 power plants and at least 80 power stations have been targeted, including power transmission facilities between nuclear power plants in western Ukraine and the city of Kiev.

The analyst claimed that Russia’s goal is to disable Ukraine’s electricity, heating, and water supply networks before the start of the winter season.
