According to Chinese media reports, Iran is negotiating to sign a major military contract with China, which includes the purchase of 40 L-10 advanced fighters.
This deal is part of the expanding military cooperation between the two countries.
At the same time, Pakistani media have reported that Iran’s Ministry of Defense is inspecting and visiting China’s 9-HQ missile defense system.
This system, which in terms of capabilities is compared with the American THAAD and Patriot systems and the Russian 400-S, has been taken into consideration in order to strengthen Iran’s air defense against enemy missiles and fighters.
It is said that Iran intends to buy this system to improve its defense capability.
These developments show Iran’s determination to strengthen its military power through cooperation with China.
