Araqchi: Memorandum of Understanding to be signed upon completion of final stages of negotiations

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi announced that as soon as the final stages of negotiations are completed, a memorandum of understanding will be signed between the parties, and in the first stage, it will be digitally signed and officially announced.

He said that the parties are closer than ever to the final point of agreement and expressed hope that the process will reach a conclusion in the next few days.

Araqchi emphasized that Iran’s Supreme National Security Council has full control over all stages of the negotiations and the text of the understanding, and all of its clauses have been reviewed by the responsible institutions.

The Iranian Foreign Minister added that no published text has official validity yet, and media speculation about the details of the agreement has not been confirmed.
