According to reports, the Chinese company Guangbo Optoelectronics has exported fiber optic technology used in drones with a range of up to 100 kilometers to Russia.
The company is said to be offering good-quality optical fiber at a price of $45 per kilometer, and China exported more than 500,000 kilometers of this type of optical fiber to Russia last month.
These reports come as the use of fiber optics in drones has received attention due to its resistance to electronic interference in the Russia-Ukraine war.
