Rina Amiri announced her conversation with Japanese officials about Afghanistan

Rina Amiri, the US special representative for women and human rights for Afghanistan, says that she has discussed the situation in Afghanistan with the officials of the Japan International Cooperation Organization (JICA) and the Sasakawa Peace Foundation.

Mrs. Amiri “facilitated” these meetings last night, Thursday 12thApril, by publishing a post on X has described.

The US Special Representative for Women and Human Rights has thanked the Japan International Cooperation Organization for their important initiatives in the field of education and development in Afghanistan and the region.

She added that he is waiting for the continuation of dialogues with the officials of this organization in order to expand opportunities for all Afghan citizens, especially women.

Mrs. Amiri has also said that with Ta Da Michi YaMamoto, the former special representative Secretary General of the United Nations in Afghanistan and Akiko Horiba, one of the officials of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation the current situation in Afghanistan has been discussed.

He expressed his appreciation for maintaining the focus of this institution on Afghanistan issues.
