German Foreign Minister Johann Wadfoll called on the European Commission to prioritize protecting the EU’s external borders after the wave of migrants entering the Ceuta region.
The Bild newspaper reported that German officials believe Europe has so far avoided a major migration crisis, but the situation remains tense and more measures are needed to protect the borders.
