Hajj begins, hundreds of thousands of pilgrims in Mina to prepare for the Day of Arafah
Hundreds of thousands of Muslim pilgrims have entered the Mina region near the city of Mecca to perform the Hajj rituals before the Day of Arafah.
According to reports, 30,000 pilgrims from Afghanistan have also participated in this year’s Hajj ceremony, joining Muslims from other countries around the world to perform this Islamic obligation.
The Day of Arafah is considered one of the most important parts of the Hajj rituals, and Muslims from all over the world gather in the Arafat Desert for prayer and worship.

Saudi officials have announced that more than 1.5 million pilgrims from outside Saudi Arabia have entered the country to participate in the Hajj pilgrimage, a figure that has increased compared to last year.
Religious scholars consider the Day of Arafah an opportunity for repentance, prayer, salvation from hell, and strengthening Islamic unity.
