The North Korean leader has discussed expanding military cooperation between the two countries in a meeting with the Russian Defense Minister.
He announced that North Korean forces played a role in liberating the city of Kursk a year ago alongside Russian forces.
The North Korean leader also stressed that Pyongyang will continue its support for Moscow.
