China makes export of 41 types of chemical raw materials to Afghanistan subject to special permits
China has announced that exports of 41 types of chemical raw materials to Afghanistan will continue to be carried out only based on special permits.
The Chinese government has said that this decision was made to strengthen export controls and prevent the use of these substances in drug production.
According to the announcement, China, Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Laos are among the countries to which the export of these materials without a license is prohibited.
At the same time, China has also expanded the export control list of chemical raw materials to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, increasing the number of substances requiring export licenses from 13 to 16.
