Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the historical relations and military brotherhood between Russia and North Korea in a message on the occasion of the opening of the Military Memorial and Museum Complex in Pyongyang.
He stated that during the occupation of part of the Kursk territory, Pyongyang resolutely rushed to Russia’s aid.
Putin also praised the courage and sacrifice of North Korean soldiers alongside Russian forces, saying that these acts of bravery will remain in the memory of the Russian people.
