Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, the speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, wrote on his account on the social network X that the US president made seven claims in one hour, all of which are false.
Qalibaf added that they did not win the war with these lies and will certainly not get anywhere in negotiations.
He emphasized that with the continuation of the blockade, the Strait of Hormuz will not remain open. Transit through the strait will be carried out based on the “determined route and with Iran’s permission.”
The speaker of the Iranian parliament added that the opening or closing of the Strait and its regulations will be determined by the field, not social networks… Media warfare and organizing thoughts are an important part of the war, and the Iranian nation will not be affected by these tricks.
