Trump: Negotiations with Iran must proceed very quickly

US President Donald Trump announced that the negotiation process with Iran should proceed very quickly because most of the points have already been negotiated.

He tweeted that the Strait of Hormuz is fully open and ready for trade and full passage of ships, but the naval blockade will remain in full force only until our deal with Iran is 100% complete.

Trump claimed that now that the Strait of Hormuz situation is over, they received a call from NATO asking if we needed help, and I told them to stay out of it.

He also claimed that Israel will no longer bomb Lebanon and that they have been prohibited from doing so by the United States, adding: “Enough is enough.”

These statements come as Axios, citing an informed source, announced that the next round of talks between Tehran and Washington will most likely be held in Islamabad on Sunday.
