In an effort to restore security and stability after the recent ceasefire, the Ministry of Interior of Gaza, under the control of the Hamas movement, announced a general amnesty for members of criminal gangs and individuals who have collaborated with the Zionist regime.
The action, which will begin on Monday, October 13, and continue until Sunday, October 19, gives those who have been deceived by Israeli propaganda and participated in anti-security actions a week to express remorse and surrender their weapons.
According to an official statement from the Gaza Ministry of Interior, this amnesty is conditional on individuals not being involved in crimes of murder or bloodshed, and its goal is to cleanse Gaza of infiltrators and criminals who acted as spies for the Israeli army during the war.
The ministry spokesman emphasized: “This is the last chance to return to the embrace of the Palestinian people; those who surrender will be exempt from punishment, but after the deadline expires, decisive measures will begin against violators.”
