Taiwan to begin mass production of Tiangong-4 missile system in 2026
Taiwan’s Ministry of Defense announced that the country plans to begin mass production of the Tiangong-4 (4-Sky Bow) air defense missile system in 2026, according to the Taipei Times.
This advanced system is designed to strengthen Taiwan’s defense capabilities against air threats.
According to the report, Taiwan has planned to order 122 launchers for this system.
Of these, 46 launchers will be delivered by the end of 2026 and another 76 launchers in 2027.
The move is part of Taiwan’s efforts to boost its military capabilities amid regional tensions.
