At least 76 people have died and 13 are missing after a massive fire broke out on a passenger ship in the western Philippines.
A Philippine Coast Guard spokesman said that 43 people have been rescued from the incident so far, and search and rescue operations and recovery of bodies are still ongoing.
One survivor said he heard an explosion before the fire spread, and then smoke and flames quickly spread throughout the ship. He said the wind also helped spread the fire.
