The Yemeni army and armed forces announced on Thursday morning that they had targeted air bases in the cities of Khamis Mushait and Abha in southwestern Saudi Arabia with missiles and drones.
At the same time, local sources reported that air raid alarms were activated and several explosions were heard in Khamis Mushait and Abha.
According to reports, these attacks were carried out in response to airstrikes by Saudi warplanes on Yemeni forces’ positions. Details about the extent of damage and casualties from these attacks have not yet been released.
