Trade meeting between Afghanistan’s private sector and Russia’s Dagestan held in Kabul
A business networking meeting between the private sector of Afghanistan and Dagestan, Russia, was held in Kabul at the initiative of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment, and was attended by representatives of 45 Afghan companies and 15 Dagestani companies.
The meeting discussed the expansion of trade, investment, logistics, transport, and joint economic cooperation between the two sides.
Following bilateral talks between the companies, four trade agreements worth a total of $14.5 million were signed between Afghan and Dagestan companies.
The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment emphasized the existing capacities for expanding bilateral trade and implementing joint projects. The Dagestan Chamber of Commerce also considered improving logistics and transportation facilities important for further strengthening economic relations.
