Yemen accuses Saudi Arabia of escalating attacks and continuing siege
The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement condemning the recent Saudi attacks, calling them a continuation of the country’s attacks and military actions against the Yemeni people.
The statement states that Yemen will not accept the escalation of attacks and that continuing this process will only increase the suffering and problems of the people of this country.
The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs has emphasized that instead of responding to the demands of the Yemeni people and ending the 12-year siege, Saudi Arabia has increased its attacks and targeted areas including Hodeidah province and Kamran Island.
The statement also states that these attacks continue while Yemen continues to face an air, sea and land blockade, and millions of people in the country are struggling with a humanitarian crisis of shortages of medicine and food.
