According to Indian media reports, the Indian government has sent 20 tons of dry and essential materials for BCG and Tetanus and Diphtheria (Td) vaccines to Kabul.
The purpose of this assistance is to support the childhood vaccination program in Afghanistan.
Indian officials have said that more shipments are on their way to Afghanistan.
India has also emphasized that it is committed to supporting the people of Afghanistan in the health sector.
