Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has announced that Moscow will not cut off its ties with the United States despite possible changes in Washington’s position on the Ukraine issue.
Ryabkov stressed that dialogue between the two countries continues at various levels and diplomatic channels at the highest level remain active.
