Pakistani opposition leader: War between Afghanistan and Pakistan is in no one’s interest

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Leader of the Opposition in the Senate of Pakistan and Chairman of the Muslim Unity Assembly, emphasized that the war between Afghanistan and Pakistan is not in anyone’s interest, neither in the interest of the two countries nor in the interest of the Islamic world.

He added that the continuation of these conflicts will only increase the suffering of the people, exacerbate the instability of the region, and have no real achievements for the nations.

According to Allama Nasser Abbas, the major global powers are trying to keep the countries of the region engaged with each other. From the disputes between India and Pakistan to the tensions between Iran and Arab countries, everything is part of this policy.

He called for an immediate end to the conflicts and a return to the path of dialogue and cooperation among Islamic countries to free the region from the trap of instability.
