Yemeni missile attack: One Zionist injured, Ben Gurion Airport closed

Media sources reported a missile attack on the occupied territories by Yemeni forces early this morning, Thursday, 22th of May, which resulted in the closure of Ben Gurion Airport and the injury of an Israeli while fleeing to shelter.

After the attack ended, Ben Gurion Airport, which had been temporarily closed to flights, was reopened and flights returned to normal.

Meanwhile, Al Jazeera Network reported, citing the Israeli army, that a missile was fired from Yemeni territory towards Israel and air defense systems attempted to intercept it.

Following this attack, the Israeli home front announced that alarm bells were ringing in central areas of the occupied territories, including Tel Aviv, Ramallah, and Hod Hasharon.

The Israeli emergency services also announced that an Israeli was injured while walking to a shelter following a missile attack from Yemen.

The Israeli army claimed to have intercepted a missile fired from Yemen after alarm bells were activated in central Israel.
