On Tuesday 28th of January, atomic scientists moved the doomsday clock closer to midnight than ever before, which is a sign of the critical nature of the global situation.
According to these scientists who are members of a non-profit organization, Russian nuclear threats in the midst of this country’s invasion of Ukraine, tensions in other critical parts of the world, military uses of artificial intelligence, and climate change are among the effective factors in increasing the risks of a global disaster.
The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists set the doomsday clock at 89 seconds before midnight, the point at which the world will end.
According to this theory, the world is one second closer to destruction since last year.
