Scientists, daily consumption of milk can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 17%

According to an article published in Nature, Oxford University researchers found that consuming 300 mg of calcium per day, approximately one glass of milk, will reduce the risk of colon cancer by 17%.

During the period when the researchers evaluated the condition of these women, 12 thousand 251 women were diagnosed with colorectal cancer. The researchers then looked at the effects of 97 different foods on bowel cancer risk.
