New York Times : Reports that the US is on the verge of deporting more than 150 Afghan migrants through Pakistan

The New York Times reported that the Trump administration has detained dozens of Afghan migrants in Louisiana and plans to return more than 150 of them to Afghanistan via Pakistan.

According to this report, a number of those arrested are relatives of individuals who collaborated with US forces during the US military presence in Afghanistan.

The New York Times added that the first flight to transfer these migrants could take place on November 2nd.

Pakistan is to deport these people to Afghanistan by land after they are transferred to its territory.
