Hizam al-Assad, a member of the political bureau of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, rejected US President Donald Trump’s claim that the movement contacted him and asked for US non-intervention.
In response to Trump’s statements, Assad said that he, as usual, appears with baseless and false narratives, and that the claim made about Ansar Allah’s contact with Trump is fundamentally false and baseless.
Donald Trump had previously claimed that the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement had contacted him and asked the United States not to intervene in the current developments.
