The Secretariat of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council issued a statement announcing that the text of the memorandum of understanding regarding the negotiations to end the war between Iran and the United States has been finalized after months of intensive talks.
The statement states that, based on the agreements reached, the war and military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon, will end immediately and permanently starting tonight, and the naval blockade against Iran will be lifted immediately and completely.
The Secretariat of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council added that the official signing of this memorandum of understanding will take place on Friday (15th of June ) and negotiations will continue to reach a final agreement after the other party’s obligations are fulfilled.
The statement also appreciated the role and cooperation of Pakistan and Qatar in facilitating the negotiation process.
