Shahbaz Sharif calls for peace and stability in Afghanistan
Pakistani Prime Minister Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that Islamabad wants peace and stability in Afghanistan; But the use of the country’s territory for terrorist activities is intolerable.
He has called on Afghan authorities to take necessary measures to prevent the country’s soil from becoming a haven for armed groups.
These statements come at a time when Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, has recently once again denied the presence and activities of foreign fighters in Afghanistan.
