The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced in a statement that its forces have completed the last round of their aggressive attacks in Iran.
The announcement states that on June 10, CENTCOM forces conducted additional strikes against multiple targets in Iran on the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces.
CENTCOM has claimed that this operation was carried out within the framework of what it called “defensive strikes” and targeted Iranian military surveillance capabilities, communication systems, and air defense positions in various locations.
According to the statement, US Marine Corps, Air Force, and Navy forces participated in the operation and attacked the precise targets using munitions.
Iranian officials have not yet issued an official response to these CENTCOM claims.
