15 stunning photos from the 2025 Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition released by the Natural History Museum in London

The Natural History Museum in London has released a collection of 15 stunning photographs that have made it to the final round of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2025 competition.

These images include unique scenes such as a lion staring at a cobra, a pack of arctic wolves on the move, and bats flying towards the camera in the dark.

This year’s competition was the most successful in the event’s history, with a record 60,636 submissions.

From these works, only 100 photographs will be selected for the museum’s major exhibition, which will begin on October 17, 2025.

These 15 photos have been published as a preview of the upcoming exhibition.

The final winners of the competition will be announced on October 14th.

The highlight of this course is the strong presence of young photographers, including participants as young as 9 years old, who have attracted a lot of attention.
