US Senator Adam Schiff said that the Pentagon has proposed a $200 billion supplemental budget to finance a war with Iran.
He added that this budget means that every American family must pay $1,400, and this is just the initial cost.
Schiff emphasized that in addition, people will have to pay additional costs at the gas station and elsewhere, which will lead to a stunning jump in fuel prices, increased military casualties, and new pressures on their families.
