Kim Jong Un’s North Korean presence in the Ukraine-Russia war is justified

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, during his visit to the Russian embassy in Pyongyang to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany, known as Victory Day, said the order to send I exported North Korean soldiers to Russia to liberate the Kursk frontline area because of the commitment to implement these joint agreements
