Unprecedented action of the North Korean leader/ visiting the intercontinental ballistic missile base

The North Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) announced by publishing images that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited the intercontinental ballistic missile base today (23th of October) for the first time and asked the authorities and the military of this country to be ready to strike.
