Heavy clashes between Hezbollah and the Israeli army in southern Lebanon

Lebanese sources have reported continued heavy clashes between Hezbollah fighters and Israeli army forces in southern Lebanon; these clashes began after Israeli soldiers attempted to advance from the Kafr Tebniyt port axis towards the hill and town of Ali al-Taher.

According to reports, the clashes that began late last night are still ongoing, and Hezbollah fighters are fighting Zionist forces using light and heavy weapons.

Local sources say that Hezbollah forces have targeted regime army positions in the area with missile attacks seven times since this morning.

It has also been reported that about 20 Israeli soldiers are present in one of the houses located between the towns of Nabatiyeh Al-Fuqa and Kafr Tabnani, and initial information indicates that these forces have not yet managed to leave the area and retreat.
